If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate the matter to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum or the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.

Governing Law

This grievance redressal mechanism is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
