Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us at contact@kharadeclothing.shop with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Damaged, altered, or worn items will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@kharadeclothing.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable", items that have been altered, washed, or damaged by the customer, items returned after the 7-day return window.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

7. Exchange

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
